Hi, my name is Alesha. I am from Mountainburg, Arkansas, a beautiful, small town nestled in the Ozark Mountains. Growing young, I had a lot of freedom to roam around in the forest. I spent a lot of time in nature, observing the connection of all things, the circle of life. What I have been taught is that we are more than we could have ever imagined. We are all things physical and nonphysical, what we can see and what we cannot see. We are mind, body, spirit, and soul.
We would all want to do what is best for us if we really understood how good it is for us to do so. We would all live a healthy life if we knew how good we would feel. My purpose in life it to discover, rediscover, or even remember who we are, and how we should live life to the fullest, in the most healthy way. This is not a path that I take alone. We are all on our journey to discover the truth.
I have had spiritual gifts since I was a child. Gifts that I am developing and learning to understand, with the help of others. I am a licensed esthetician (2010) and reiki ll practitioner (2014), although I am learning much greater things about energy and how to use it wisely. I received a Bachelor of Science in Alternative Medicine in 2015. In this program I took many classes that helped me to understand alternative forms of medicine being used in other countries: Ayurveda (the root of all medical systems), Chinese Medicine, Feng Shui, Reflexology, Acupunture, Homeopathy, Chiropracty, Natural Medicine, and much more. It was an in depth program that prepared me for a career in the medical field, to help people heal. I attained prerequisites for medical school. I desire to find the best way to heal blockages- emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual-that are preventing us as a whole from achieving true health and ultimately enlightenment. It all starts from within. Our body is our temple.
I enjoy making herbal teas and healthy foods, learning about medicinal plants (how to identity, forage, and use them), and anything peacefully connected to nature. Right mind, right body, right soul. I constantly strive to achieve right thinking, as the perception of our mind can make us happy or sad. Yoga and meditation are also very enjoyable, and allow for me to connect with myself. I also enjoy spending time with myself alone. Having time alone is something we truly need in order to reflect, balance, and ultimately let the truth of misunderstandings be revealed to us. Spending time alone in nature is one of the most healing practices that we can do for ourselves, and it is free.
There are many ways to become healthier. Right mindset, diet, environment, influences, habits, and daily practices are very important to achieve true balance. I enjoy coming together and learning with others, as we are all one, the same, equal. We all have something to share.
I look forward to meeting you!
